H•AI Request for Partnership

Project Overview

This request invites academic institutions, AI research groups, and ethics-oriented technology partners to collaborate on the prototyping, validation, and strategic deployment of the Polyh•ailog Score – a new metric for evaluating semantic and ethical coherence in multi-AI collaboration under human leadership.

Developed within the Challenging Communications Framework, the Polylog Score quantifies:

  • Semantic Overlap between AI outputs
  • Ethical Alignment with curated human values
  • Temporal Delay in achieving cross-system resonance

The pilot aligns with the EU AI Act, IEEE CertifAIed, and growing international demand for trust-based AI orchestration.

Objectives

  1. Build an open-source prototype of the Polyh•ailog Score
  2. Benchmark it against traditional metrics (BERTScore, ROUGE-L, F1)
  3. Calibrate score thresholds for multiple domains (e.g., web, medicine, legal)
  4. Pilot real-world use in multi-AI creative and audit workflows
  5. Prepare a roadmap for ISO-style certification and governance protocols

Workstreams (2025–2027)

  • WP1: Literature & Model Review (Aug–Oct 2025)
  • WP2: Prototype Development & Internal Testing (Nov 2025–Feb 2026)
  • WP3: Academic Peer Review & Benchmarking (Q2 2026)
  • WP4: Industry Pilot with KPI Evaluation (Q3–Q4 2026)
  • WP5: Certification Framework Design (Early 2027)

Participation & Partner Profiles

We welcome expressions of interest from:

  • AI Labs and academic research groups
  • Digital agencies working with GPT + Copilot + custom stacks
  • Ethics boards and legal teams involved in AI risk governance

Expected commitment:

2–4 hours/week per contributing organization (workstream-dependent)

Open-source contribution encouraged but not required
